Starting care begins with a conversation. New patient visits are unhurried, collaborative sessions where we take time to understand your history, current stressors, movement patterns, and what your body has been communicating over time.

Rather than rushing to a one-size-fits-all approach, we explore your experiences, review relevant background, and gently assess how your nervous system and body are responding to daily life. From there, we discuss supportive care options and what an ongoing care plan could look like—always with space for questions and reflection.
Sustainable Alignment is a private-pay practice. We are not currently accepting new patients using insurance. If you’d like to learn more about care options, pacing, and payment, please schedule a Discovery Call to see whether this approach feels like the right fit before booking a new patient visit.

Training Opportunities

Need to learn more about a specific topic? I offer one-on-one and small group training, too.

I provide nervous system–informed chiropractic care for adults seeking thoughtful, individualized support for pain, stress, injury recovery, and long-term stability.

My work is grounded in careful clinical assessment and an understanding of how the body adapts to stress, injury, and life experience over time. Rather than focusing on short-term symptom relief alone, I guide patients through a process that prioritizes safety, clarity, and sustainable change.

My approach integrates gentle chiropractic care (force and non-force), nervous system regulation, movement awareness, and lifestyle guidance. Visits are intentionally structured to allow for thorough evaluation, clinical decision-making, and clear communication—so care is responsive, not reactive.

I earned my Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s degree in Nutrition, and have practiced across clinical, academic, and public health settings. I’ve taught and supervised future clinicians, contributed to research and professional publications, and worked within large health systems focused on quality improvement and patient safety. This breadth of experience informs how I assess complexity, identify patterns, and tailor care to the individual in front of me.

This practice is a good fit for people who want to understand their body, move thoughtfully through healing, and build lasting stability over time.

It may not be the right fit for those seeking brief, high-volume, or symptom-only care.

Initial visits are longer by design, allowing the time needed to understand your history, assess underlying patterns, and establish a foundation for care that is both appropriate and effective.
